- When in the project should UX research happen?
- As early as possible, and then continuously. The most valuable research happens before design starts — but we also run usability testing throughout the design and build process to validate decisions as we go.
- Can you work with research we have already done?
- Yes. We will review what you have, identify gaps, and focus our effort where additional research will have the most impact. We don't repeat work that's already been done well.
