AI agents,
free your people.
We build AI agents that take on a function's repetitive daily work — wired into your systems, governed by your people.
Putting agents to work.
Every business has different pain points — missing capability, resource constraints, poorly integrated systems. Here's how agents help.
- Visitor lands on your site agent
- Company identified & enriched agent
- Enquiry scored against your ideal customer agent
- Nurture content drafted & quality-checked agent
- Reviewed & directed by your team human
- CRM updated, next steps queued agent
- Brief set by your team human
- Research & first draft agent
- Checked against your style guide agent
- Editor signs off human
- Published & scheduled agent
- Enquiry arrives agent
- Triaged & categorised agent
- Reply drafted from your knowledge base agent
- Sensitive or complex? Routed to your team human
- Resolved & logged agent
- Meeting booked agent
- Prospect researched, brief prepared agent
- Proposal drafted from your templates agent
- Reviewed & priced by you human
- Follow-ups tracked & chased agent
Each flow is built to your business — your systems, your rules, your sign-offs. The pattern is the same: agents carry the volume, your people make the calls.
Agents propose. Your people decide.
This is not autonomous AI. Every system we build has explicit lines between what agents handle and what always comes back to a person.
agents handle
- Drafting, research, and preparation
- Data entry, enrichment, and sync between systems
- Routine follow-ups and status updates
- Reporting and monitoring
always human
- Spending money or making commitments
- Anything customer-facing that matters
- Strategy, priorities, and direction
- Final sign-off before anything ships
What you're actually buying.
Not another tool for your team to check. When we say we build you an agentic system, this is the itemised version — built, connected, and kept running.
The agents
Built for your workflows and your data — not generic chatbots. Each agent owns a defined job with defined limits.
The skills
The procedures agents follow, written with your team — how you quote, how you chase, how you report. Your way of working, encoded.
The connectors
Integrations into the systems you already run — CRM, email, accounting, job management. Agents work inside them, not beside them.
The infrastructure
Provisioned and secured in your cloud, monitored end to end. You own it — it doesn't live on someone else's platform.
The governance
Approval gates, hard limits on what agents may do, and a full log of every action. Your people stay in charge by design.
The running of it
We operate, tune, and improve the system with you. What you get is a function that works — not a handover document.
Want to see an agent at work? The AI Brand Audit reads your website the way AI assistants do and reports what they'd say about you. Free, about a minute.
Two ways to get moving.
Tell us where the repetitive work is, or take the structured route to finding where AI fits in your business.
Tell us the function that eats the most time
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether agents would earn their keep in your business.
AI Basecamp
Not sure which function comes first? AI Basecamp takes your organisation from identifying AI opportunities through to implementation — a structured way to find where agents earn their keep in your business, before you commit to a build.
- Map the repetitive work across your functions
- Prioritise by cost, risk, and readiness
- Leave with a concrete first build, scoped
Asked by every sceptical MD.
What is agentic AI, practically?
Software that carries out multi-step work — reading, deciding between options, taking actions in your systems — rather than waiting for a person to click through each step. In our builds, agents handle defined jobs (score this enquiry, draft this follow-up, reconcile this list) with clear limits on what they can and can't do.
What do my staff do once agents take on the repetitive work?
The work you hired them for. Agents take over the scoring, drafting, and syncing — the people who ran those tasks get that time back for strategy and relationships. Agents don't reduce the need for judgement; they concentrate people's time on it.
What systems can agents work in?
Anything with an API, and most things without one. A typical build connects a CRM, an email platform, analytics, and accounting or job-management software. We build to your systems — the point is fewer places to check, not a new one.
How is it governed? What stops an agent doing something it shouldn't?
Hard limits, set in the build: what an agent may read, what it may write, and what always routes to a person. Spending, commitments, and customer-facing decisions stay human. Every action is logged, so you can see exactly what ran and why.
What does an engagement look like?
We start with one function and the work that eats the most time. If you already know which function, that's discovery with the people doing the work, a fixed-price build, then a running system your team governs. If you don't, AI Basecamp is the structured way to find out. Either way, we're happy to show you our own stack in the first conversation.
