What this involves
We test what we design. Moderated sessions with real users to validate that interfaces work as intended — and to surface what we got wrong before it goes into production. Usability testing is the fastest way to improve product quality and reduce the risk of building something that users cannot or will not use.

Frequently asked
- How many participants do you test with?
- Five to eight participants per round is standard. Research consistently shows that five users uncover approximately 85 percent of usability issues. We favour multiple rounds with fewer participants over a single large study.
- Can you test an existing product we did not design?
- Yes. We regularly conduct usability testing on products we were not involved in designing. An external perspective often uncovers issues that internal teams have become blind to.
