Interaction Design

Design how things work — every form, flow, feedback loop, and error state.

Overview

What this involves

We design how things work, not just how they look. Every interaction — form, flow, feedback, error state — is designed to be clear, predictable, and as simple as the task allows. Interaction design is where the product comes alive — it is the difference between an interface that users tolerate and one they enjoy using.

Deliverables

What you get

Questions

Frequently asked

What tools do you use for prototyping?
Primarily Figma for both design and interactive prototyping. For complex interactions that need real data or more fidelity, we build coded prototypes in HTML/CSS/React.
How do you handle accessibility in interaction design?
Accessibility is built into our process, not bolted on afterward. We design for keyboard navigation, screen readers, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance from the start — and annotate our designs with accessibility specifications for the engineering team.
