Interaction Design
Design how things work — every form, flow, feedback loop, and error state.
Overview
What this involves
We design how things work, not just how they look. Every interaction — form, flow, feedback, error state — is designed to be clear, predictable, and as simple as the task allows. Interaction design is where the product comes alive — it is the difference between an interface that users tolerate and one they enjoy using.
Deliverables

Questions
Frequently asked
- What tools do you use for prototyping?
- Primarily Figma for both design and interactive prototyping. For complex interactions that need real data or more fidelity, we build coded prototypes in HTML/CSS/React.
- How do you handle accessibility in interaction design?
- Accessibility is built into our process, not bolted on afterward. We design for keyboard navigation, screen readers, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance from the start — and annotate our designs with accessibility specifications for the engineering team.
