- Do you only work with Azure?
- Azure is our primary cloud platform and where we have the deepest expertise. We can work with AWS or GCP if there's a strong reason, but most of our clients benefit from the depth of our Azure knowledge and the maturity of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Can you manage infrastructure that you didn't build?
- Yes. We'll start with an assessment of your current environment, document what's there, address any immediate risks, and then bring it under our management processes. We often find quick wins in cost and reliability during the assessment phase.
- How do you handle infrastructure changes without downtime?
- We plan changes to minimise or eliminate downtime. Most changes can be made with zero downtime using Azure deployment slots, gradual scaling, and staged rollouts. We flag any changes that carry risk and discuss the approach before proceeding.
- Do you provide ongoing support or just the initial setup?
- Both. We can hand over infrastructure to your team with documentation and training, or we can provide ongoing management as part of a managed services arrangement. We recommend the approach that makes sense for your team size and capability.
