The Challenge
Working Capital Solutions provides invoice factoring services to small businesses in New Zealand. Their customer acquisition process was manual and slow — prospective customers had to provide extensive financial documentation by email, which staff then reviewed by hand to assess eligibility.
Our Approach
We designed a self-service application platform that automates the data-gathering process. The interface guides applicants through a simple form, then pulls financial data directly from Xero and company information from the NZ Companies Office — replacing hours of manual document collection with a few API calls.
The Solution
The platform integrates with Xero in real time, importing financial data automatically. Company details are pulled from the Companies Office, pre-filling application fields and reducing manual input. The result is a streamlined funnel that gives Working Capital Solutions the data they need to make funding decisions quickly and accurately.
