The Product
SimTutor is a simulation training platform used across high-risk industries where errors can result in injury or significant financial loss. The platform lets instructors create interactive lessons using 360-degree content, building life-like scenarios that immerse learners in realistic training environments.
SimTutor is SCORM-compliant and platform-agnostic, integrating with existing Learning Management Systems. Its built-in LMS allows training designers to share, track, and report on training progress with detailed analytics.
Our Role
We work alongside SimTutor's executive team as a long-term development partner — helping to maintain competitive positioning, align product strategy with market direction, and execute on the technical roadmap.
We designed the platform's user experience to make simulation creation accessible to instructors without technical backgrounds. On the development side, we built the backend on .NET and Azure with an EmberJS frontend — an architecture designed to handle the complexity of interactive simulations at scale.
Our role extends beyond traditional client-vendor boundaries. We operate as an embedded part of the SimTutor team, contributing to product decisions and technical direction alongside their leadership.
